East Coast Autism began from my own lived experience as an autism mom.
Like many parents, I’ve navigated diagnoses, school meetings, service systems, advocacy challenges, and the emotional weight that comes with wanting the very best for your child. I know how overwhelming it can feel — and how powerful it is to have someone who truly understands.
With a background in applied psychology and professional counselling, I combine professional training with real-life experience to offer grounded, neuroaffirming support to families of autistic children.
